Well, my folks came over for dinner tonight and we decided to take them to the land. We were very excited to see that the second level had gone up (we're getting used to delays so we set our sights low when approaching the block). It seems that the windows and doors have been delivered and we are hoping for more progress by the end of the week. Weather, be our friend.
Looking good, we are waiting to start our construction, almost last in Focus Dr to build and just finished concrete retaining wall. $20k so wasn't cheap!

Ah your concrete retaining walls look great though! Focus drive is certainly looking busy these days. That whole area is starting to take shape. I wonder if you'll end up with the same site supervisor as us. He's in charge of a few Breeze 25 build's on Red Box St.

Love your blog guys. We're thinking of building the breeze as well.
If you don't mind me asking, how wide is your plot?
Seems like the current lots on offer these days are 8.5m and we are a bit worried its not much room on the side.

Hi Tom,
Our plot is 9m wide. The garage sits hard up against one side of the plot, leaving a bit of space on the other side and the fence.
If you are around Coburg Hill any time soon, have a look along Red Box St. There are at least 2 Breeze 25's that have started construction on an 8.5m plot so you can get a pretty good idea.
If you are along Red Box, you can also guess which one ours is ;)
