So our epic 5 week holiday is now well and truly over and I'm glad to say we had an absolutely fabulous time! The photo above was taken from our resort in Maui *sigh*. So now down to business - the land has settled and we just completed our colours selection and electrical appointment. Unfortunately, the cost of the house is now getting higher and higher :/
Apologies for the shadow in the pic. Gutter - Colorbond Monument, Fascia - Colorbond Surfmist, Matrix Cladding - Render, Beige Royal (Full strength), Front Projection - Render, Shipwreck, Garage - Render, Congo Capture, Downpipes - Colorbond Monument, Aluminium windows - Black, Front Door - Chestnut
Gainsborough Omni Trilock door handle (a.k.a fancypants deadlock door handle) - $350.00
Ceaserstone in kitchen and bathrooms - Osprey, Laminex bottom cupboards - Burnished wood, Laminex Crystal Gloss top cupboards - Polar white, Splashback - grey mirror
Standard taps that come with the Metricon 'Freedom' home
We have upgraded our staircase similar to what is shown on the right (but minus the carpet). The steps will be all wood. The standard staircase is shown on the left.
Viv has also insisted that the driveway be upgraded to exposed aggregate concrete - Labasa
Standard Cat 1 Carpet - Austin Boat Feature walls in 'Raku' (darkest colour on the dulux colour palette)
All up, our session at the Studio M 'Colours Appointment' added between $14-15k to our total build cost :/
